Long-range SuperLink connectivity

Powered by Ubiquiti’s proprietary SuperLink protocol, the sensor stays connected far beyond the reach of Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. SuperLink delivers a line-of-sight range of up to 2 km (1.2 mi), making it ideal for placing sensors in basements, garages, detached buildings, and outbuildings where traditional wireless signals struggle. Designed for low-latency, long-range communication, SuperLink offers superior range and power efficiency while minimizing delays.

Years of battery life

A single CR123A lithium battery delivers up to 6 years of battery life thanks to low power consumption of just 27.7 mW, so you can install it and forget about it no frequent battery swaps required.

A durable polycarbonate enclosure is built to withstand everyday wear, with dual mounting options — adhesive or screw mount for flexible installation. LED indicators show status and signal strength for quick, at-a-glance confidence during setup and operation.

Built-in tamper protection

A built-in tamper switch, function button, and factory-reset button add security and control, alerting you to interference and simplifying management within UniFi Protect.
