In-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our Auckland warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Pre-order and backorder items show their expected dispatch window on the product page.
Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery: 2-7 business days within New Zealand. Rural addresses and large/bulky freight items (e.g. power stations, large appliances) may take 1-3 additional business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size/weight of your order, and shown before you pay.
Order tracking
Tracking details are emailed at dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged or missing deliveries
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and (for damage) photos – we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where products fail to meet a consumer guarantee (acceptable quality, fit for purpose, matching description), you are entitled to a remedy – repair, replacement or refund – as provided by law, regardless of the timeframes in this policy.
