The UniFi AI Pro Enhancer is a purpose-built accessory that bolts onto the UniFi AI Pro camera and transforms what it can detect and see. It adds integrated radar detection, a 600-lumen floodlight, long-range IR illumination to 40m, and a built-in speaker giving your camera precise distance-aware detection of people and vehicles, day or night, plus active deterrence. Radar detection accuracy that video alone can’t match

The Enhancer’s standout feature is its integrated radar, which measures distance and dramatically improves detection accuracy over video analytics alone:

• People detection up to 20m (66 ft)
• Vehicle detection up to 35m (115 ft)
• 110° detection field — wide coverage from a single unit

Radar works regardless of lighting, shadows, or visual clutter so it catches genuine movement while cutting the false alerts that plague camera-only detection. Combined with the AI Pro’s own analytics, you get far more reliable, distance-aware event data.

600-lumen floodlight light up the scene

A built-in 600-lumen white LED floodlight (5700K) illuminates the area on demand for full-colour night footage, or as an active deterrent that switches on when the radar detects an intruder. Bright, crisp light exactly when and where you need it.

Long-range IR see 40m in total darkness

The Enhancer extends the camera’s night vision with IR illumination up to 40m (131 ft) well beyond the camera’s built-in range. In complete darkness, you get clear, detailed footage across a full driveway, car park, or yard.

Built-in speaker hear and respond

An integrated high-performance loudspeaker lets you play audio through the unit for two-way talk, automated warnings, or manual deterrence. Combined with radar-triggered events, you can set the system to sound a warning the moment someone enters a restricted zone.

Weatherproof, solid build

Housed in an IPX5-rated enclosure of aluminium alloy and polycarbonate, the Enhancer is built for exposed outdoor mounting protected against water jets and inclement weather. At 490g and 130 × 155 × 126mm, it mounts alongside the AI Pro camera at a recommended height of 2–5m.

Managed through UniFi Protect

Everything is controlled through the UniFi Protect app (iOS and Android) alongside your cameras and other Protect devices. Configure radar zones, floodlight behaviour, IR settings, and speaker actions all in one interface, with no subscription fees and local recording.
