This website is operated by Cybotix Limited, trading as Mr Tech. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mr Tech. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the policies referenced herein (Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy).

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products, pricing & availability

All prices are shown in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is no longer available.

3. Orders & payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment providers. An order confirmation email will be sent on completion; a contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may request additional verification before accepting an order.

4. Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where products fail to meet a consumer guarantee (acceptable quality, fit for purpose, matching description), you are entitled to a remedy – repair, replacement or refund – as provided by law, regardless of the timeframes in this policy.

We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate, but material on this site is provided for general information only. Occasional errors in descriptions, imagery or pricing may occur and may be corrected without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
