Description
ADC Hat is an AD (analog-to-digital) conversion module compatible with M5StickC. It integrates the ADS1100 ADC conversion chip, which offers features such as fully differential, 16-bit resolution, self-calibration, and Δ-Σ modulation/demodulation for accurate measurement results.
The ADS1100 includes a Δ-Σ A/D converter core with adjustable gain, a clock generator, and an I2C interface. It allows for differential inputs ranging from -5V to +5V. However, through additional circuitry in the design of the module, the input range is limited to 0V to 12V.
With ADC Hat, users can easily obtain precise measurement results, thanks to its high-quality conversion capabilities and the flexibility of the M5StickC platform.
