Description
LASER.RX Unit is a laser receiver unit primarily composed of laser diodes. Laser communication devices establish wireless connections through the atmosphere. While the transmission of laser beams occurs through free space, their operation is similar to fiber optic links. Although line-of-sight conditions are required for transmitters and receivers, the advantage of laser communication systems is that they do not require broadcasting rights or buried cables.
