90° Infrared Reflective Unit (ITR9606)

Description

OP.90 is a non-contact optical limit switch with a 90° detection angle. It consists of infrared emitters and receivers on both sides. During normal operation, the emitter continuously emits infrared signals to the receiver. When an object passes through the middle and blocks the infrared signal, the output terminal generates an action signal, indicating the detection of the object passing by.

OP.90 unit is commonly used in mechanical control systems, serving as a safety interlock or an optical counting device. It provides a reliable and non-contact method of detecting the presence or movement of objects within its detection range.
